Fluoroseal is a light-cured, calcium apatite hydroxide cavity liner. It is for use under composite and amalgam restorations. Fluoroseal releases calcium and fluoride ions and protects the tooth against sensitivity. It is applied in just 30 seconds from the syringe, cures with light, and the restorative material is then placed on top without etching or bonding. It does not contain calcium hydroxide.
