MENZANIUM® is a nickel-free stainless steel alloy, manufactured using a patented high-pressure casting system in which manganese and nitrogen replace the allergenic nickel. This process simultaneously increases corrosion and breakage resistance compared to conventional stainless steel wires. We offer these wires in two versions: hard (1400-1600 N/mm²) and hard-elastic (1800-2000 N/mm²). They can be used in assembly techniques such as laser cutting and welding. Quality, dimensions, and tolerances conform to DIN EN ISO 15841. Diamond polished and drawn, available as laboratory coil (10-50 m wire length) or clinical coil (500 g coil / 58-330 m wire length).
