The new HyFlex EDM files represent the 5th generation of endodontic files. These NiTi EDM files have entirely new properties thanks to their innovative electrical discharge machining (EDM) manufacturing process. This unique combination of flexibility and break resistance allows for a reduction in the number of files required for cleaning and shaping during endodontic procedures without compromising the preservation of the root canal anatomy. Up to 700% greater break resistance and a specially hardened surface enable instrumentation with a reduced number of files.
